Irving Family YMCA offers Cricket during the summer season. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the center of which is a 22-yard (20-metre) pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. When ten batters have been dismissed, the innings ends and the teams swap roles.
Grades are base on the current school year of Fall 2022 to 2023.

Required: Equipment listed below Locations: TBD Practices: TBD Ball type: Listed below The YMCA will be creating teams in the following grade levels 3-5 grade, 6th-8th grade, High school division. Friend/Coach requests are accepted on registration forms but are not guaranteed. YMCA reserves the right to add any player(s) to a roster if necessary. Coaches: Are volunteers that must register for a Criminal Background Check with Athlete Protection training. If you are interested in coaching please indicate so on your registration form and click on the link of Volunteer Coach on the left sidebar. 6-10 year old (Soft IncrediBall)
11-14 year old (Light Cricket Ball)
15-18 year old (Conventional White Cricket Ball)
YMCA will pride Jersey. Players will need black trousers.
1. U10 - Baseball Helmet / Shorts with Cup / Baseball Gloves (recommended)
2. U12 with lighter ball - Helmet with Grill (baseball helmet is fine too) / Pants with Cup / Cricket Gloves (recommended) / Shin Pads
3. Any Regular Cricket ball - Cricket Helmet with Grill / Pants with Cup / Cricket Pads / Cricket Gloves - other accessories are optional
All Refund Requests must be made in writing at the branch. Submission of the Refund Request Form does not guarantee a refund of any amount. All forms are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the YMCA Sports Director and Executive Director.

Insufficient Funds
All returned checks, bank drafts, credit card charges will be billed a service fee of $25.
Late Registration Fee
Late registrations will be assessed an additional $20 fee.
