GORDON SAM
Gordon is a Native American originally from Southeast Oklahoma with a heritage of the Cherokee and Choctaw Tribes. He has lived in Dallas for over 20 years and has made his living throughout the city in several fitness clubs. Exercising for over 20 years, he made a commitment to himself to live a healthy life through proper nutrition and fitness training. His fitness regimen includes resistance weight training, cardiovascular endurance, yoga for flexibility and meditation, as well as the importance of proper nutritional facts of food. He believes the key for functional movement of the body is through corrective mobility, stability movements of the core, and daily stretching. The combination of these three physical activities, as well as proper nutrition, will result in a more fulfilled life in each person.
