While growing up Casey was always active in many sports. This carried over to his personal and professional lifestyle. While working with all different types of populations Casey learned that you must adapt to each individual's needs. Understanding the client and what will help them achieve their fitness goals is very important to Casey. Casey enjoys watching clients step out of their normal boundaries and achieve things they never believed they could. Focusing on the end goal will help clients reach their full potential. Casey believes you need to have a fair balance throughout the process of living a healthy lifestyle.

I love all exercises. I like fitness because it allows mw to balance my life and gives me lea way for the occasional splurge. It will also help me reach my goal of living to be 100 years old. Exercising is a very important pat of my life and I enjoy sharing my knowledge of exercise and nutrition with others. I use free weights and weight machines to create fun and effective personal training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. I develop customized programs with client's goals and lifestyle in mind. I love dogs, especially my Australian Shepard, Maizy. I'm always in the mood for German or Italian food. In my free time, I love to travel, eat at good restaurants, watch sports and movies, go to the beach and coach soccer.

My full-time job is a Design Engineer designing high speed microprocessors - - the brains in all computers - embedded in phones, TVs, satellites, cars etc. With a busy lifestyle, fitness is my escape & my passion. I got interested in fitness ever since 3rd grade when I came 2nd in my first race ever! I have been participating in 5Ks & 10Ks, attend-ed a lot of Nike boot camps, Camp Gladiator sessions & Zumbathons. Three years ago, I completed my 1st Spartan Race, which is an obstacle course race at West Point Military Academy, NY. I trained hard for that at YMCA Plano! My dream is to take a 3-day hike of the Grand Canyon! Other than working out, I am a mom of 2 kids, 1 dog, 1 cat and a fish. It’s a full house! My husband inspires me every day. He is also an avid workout junkie and has participated in many races & fitness events. With my PT Certification through NASM, I can design customized workout programs for clients to suit their fitness level and needs. I am really looking forward to giving back to the community and help train folks who have a busy lifestyle and yet want to make sure they stay healthy & fit just like me.

I grew up playing competitive sports (Basketball, Baseball, and Football) throughout high school and college, but couldn’t progress because of various injuries. Since I have gone through various injuries myself; I have a lot of knowledge, experience, and empathy when it comes helping others overcome their injuries. I have worked with a wide range of athletes in many different sports helping them achieve their goals including athletes from: SMU, NC-State, Performance Course, and D1 in Allen. I am currently pursuing an associate’s degree in Radiologic Sciences, again, to help people suffering from various injuries. I love helping people and uplifting them! I have a wife, son, and daughter on the way and love spending time with them! Some things that I enjoy are watching/playing sports or anything active... preferably with a slice of competition. My teams are the Kansas Jayhawks and Kansas City Chiefs!

I have been associated with YMCA from 2017. It was also the period when I was struggling with postpartum depression and weight gain. All those factors brought my confidence to zero; I could not stand in front of a mirror without the negative thoughts of what has happened to me. Focus on fitness and single objective of turning things around, helped me improve my life in multiple aspects. I had my share of ups and downs, and as they say no journey is complete without those. I am a mom of 2 kids and 1 dog. My husband is my support system and a source of strength. In my free time, I like to plan fun activities for kids and experiment with cooking in different ways. My purpose is to give back to the community by sharing/connecting my experience with that of others and bringing positive change in lives. Personal Training certification thru NASM enables me to design client specific workout routine keeping their goal and potential at the center of the program.

Hey ya’ll, I’m Vaughn. I was born in the U.S. virgin islands St.Thomas to be exact but at this point I would say I’m more Texan then anything. I found my passion for fitness through competition. I’ve played football, wrestled and competed in jujitsu (2nd place NAGA), amatuer USMTA champ 2011, professional Muay Thai (kickboxing), and professional MMA. I later Coached because I enjoy meeting new people, giving back and working with all ages and levels. I’ve worked with 5 year old beginners to 57 year old experts. I find it important to listen to your body and be realistic with your goals all while giving it 100%.

Cassey began her fitness journey in middle school playing volleyball and basketball. Cassey started working out in gyms as a high school athlete and never looked back! She enjoyed the challenge of pushing herself to get better at whatever she was pursuing. Cassey loves to be active, whether that’s a game of pickleball, stand up paddle boarding, or hiking some great trails. Cassey workouts to be able to do all the things she love and to be able to try new activities when the opportunity presents itself.
Cassey also loves working with people. As a trainer, she will eagerly work to create exercise programs that help her clients meet whatever goals they may have. Cassey will be your coach, your teammate, and your biggest fan!
