Introducing The YMCA Weight Loss Program! The newest program of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is designed to help you develop a healthier lifestyle over the course of 12 weeks, so you’re not just losing weight temporarily, but making a lasting change.  The first session is February 14th through May 2nd on Tuesdays from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.  Sign up at the Member Services Desk at the T. When I was just a little kid, I learned to swim at the YMCA close to my home in Oak Cliff. It's great to know that decades, later, the Y continues to help young and old, and to offer resources that help us take increasing responsibility and control of our health and happiness.
