The Oak Cliff Family YMCA hosts a broad range of fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities. From pre-schoolers to teenagers to senior citizens, we have something for everyone. Whether it is hopping into one of our group exercise classes, seeing your child play in one of our many sports, or speaking with our Wellness Coaches or Personal Trainers, we will guide all health seekers in the right direction.

The Oak Cliff Family YMCA focuses on the spirit, mind, and body. We house a welcoming atmosphere where not just only the staff encourages you, but fellow members do as well. A variety of our wellness programs are geared toward inspiring one another, socializing with one another, and of course, getting a good workout with one another. We pride ourselves in developing community inside and outside of the Y by creating lasting relationships between our members and staff.
