Fitness training is one of the YMCA's core services to its members.  The T. Boone Pickens YMCA hosts a broad range of fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities.  

 

Fitness at Dallas Farmers Market

Stroller Boot Camp
Classes held at the Dallas Farmers Market, 1010 S. Pearl Expwy, Dallas 75201

The YMCA hosts a boot camp for moms, dads and anyone else with a stroller!  Make it a play date and spend quality time with your little one while getting a great workout.

Bring a stroller, mat & water bottle.

Ages 18 and up (kids are free with your registration)

Boot Camp
Classes are held at the Dallas Farmers Market, 1010 S. Pearl Expwy, Dallas 75201

Agility, cardio and strength trainings all in one!  This challenging high intensity workout is designed to push your fitness limits.

Bring a mat and water bottle.

Ages 18 and up
8 classes for $75
Must Register Online to attend

Meets Wednesdays from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. June 14-August 2, 2017

 

GROUP EXERCISE

Over 80 complimentary group fitness classes per week with your membership. Offer class includes Indoor Cycling, Yoga, MashUp UJam, TRX Suspension, Les Mills BODYPUMP™, Pilates, Abs, Zumba and more. Check our group exercise schedule in gym for times and days.

Opportunity to become comfortable in your YMCA by meeting with a personal trainer who will assess your goals and needs and support your path to a healthy lifestyle. To book appointment visit Member Services and a staff member will assist you.
