Fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities

Fitness training is one of the YMCA's core services to its members.  The T. Boone Pickens YMCA hosts a broad range of fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities.  

 

GROUP EXERCISE

Over 80 complimentary group fitness classes per week with your membership. Offer class includes Indoor Cycling, Yoga, MashUp UJam, TRX Suspension, Les Mills BODYPUMP™, Pilates, Abs, Zumba and more. Check our group exercise schedule in gym for times and days.

   

KICK START

Opportunity to become comfortable in your YMCA by meeting with a personal trainer who will assess your goals and needs and support your path to a healthy lifestyle. To book appointment visit Member Services and a staff member will assist you.

60-minute sessions available.
All Personal Trainers are Certified.

4 sessions* - $260 ($65 each)
8 sessions* - $496 ($62 each)
12 sessions* - $708 (59 each)
24 sessions* - $1,344 ($56 each)

Small Group Personal Training
3-8 people
10 sessions $200 per person
