ATHLETES IN TRAINING

Athletes In Training: 6 week program designed to increase agility, speed and strength to increase your athlete's performance.

Ages: 12-18 years old 

The Program:

  • 2 1-hour sessions per week with a certified Personal Trainer.
  • 6 weeks of training sessions
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 1:00P.M. - 2:30P.M.

Start Date: July 18th

Last Day of Registration: July 11th
