The Cross Timbers YMCA offers a variety of health and wellness activities including group exercise classes, MobileFit, personal training and youth orientations. Healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness. At the YMCA, it's more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and facilities, we provide educational programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.

FREE Group Exercise Classes
Y group fitness classes are developmentally appropriate and help people at any stage of life build positive health habits. Participation in Y group exercise classes offer youth and adults opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence and improved mental abilities. We offer a variety of classes to help you meet your wellness goals. Ages 10 and older are invited to participate space permitting.
FREE Youth and Teen Orientation
Youth ages 10-15 are required to attend the Youth and Teen Orientation before fitness facility usage is granted. Youth ages 10-12 are required to have direct adult supervision at all times after completion of the orientation. Direct adult supervision requires an adult to be within arm's reach of the youth/teen. Youth under the age of 15 are not permitted to access the free weight room. Youth age 9 and under are not permitted in the fitness center. Orientations are offered on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
