The Waxahachie Family YMCA youth baseball is offered in the summer season. The focus of the league is to have fun, meet new friends, and play in a non-competitive environment.  Basic skills of the game are developed through games and activities. Sportsmanship and values are key components of this league.

2024 Summer participants should register based on the calendar grade of Fall 2023 to end of Summer 2024 school year.

*Dates may be subject to change due to field availability and weather.

Required: all participants must wear batting helmets when batting, running on base and on deck.  Glove and bat also required.

Divisions are done by grades and may be combined with another appropriate grade level or cancelled if enrollment is low.

Game locations: Waxahachie Sports Complex - 151 Broadhead Rd, Waxahachie TX, 75165

Practice locations: decided by coach, Waxahachie Sports Complex OFF LIMITS

The YMCA reserves the right to combine divisions if certain division numbers are low. 

Friend/Coach requests are accepted on registration forms but are not guaranteed.  YMCA reserves the right to add  any player(s) to a roster if necessary.

Refund Policy

Any refund requests will be reviewed by the Sports Department.  The refund amount given back will be determined by the date the refund is WRITTEN requested:

      • Before registration closes – refund less $25 service fee.
      • After registration closes but before sport start date– refund less $25 service fee.
      • On or after sport start date – no refund.

All registration, online and in person, are held to this policy.
