3 Camps for Strength & Conditioning | Speed & Agility


Get your young athlete ready to play!

Each camp consists of 2 hour workouts where your young athlete will learn how to move properly, build muscle, and increase their speed.

Our team is ready to help your athlete perform better. 

Together we can get young athletes moving better, faster, and stronger. 


Camp 1 – Monday, July 19 th – Thursday, July 22 nd: Grades 5th – 8th 8:30 – 10:30 AM

Camp 2 – Monday, July 26th – Thursday, July 29th: Grades 2nd – 4th  8:30 – 10:30 AM

Camp 3- August 2nd – 5th: Grades 4th – 8th 8:30 – 10:30 AM

Camp 3 Registration

Camps will be held outside on the back grassy area or on the sports field of JER Chilton YMCA at Rockwall. 
Campers will get a shirt as well.
