Baseball/Softball/Tball

Moody Family YMCA offers TBall/SBall/BBall in the spring season only.  The focus in our leagues is to have fun, meet new friends and play in a non-competitive environment.  It is designed to teach players the fundamentals of the game. Players will learn how to catch, throw, and bat in a fun team atmosphere. 

Participants should register based on the calendar grade of Fall 2023 to end of Summer 2024 school year.

TEAMS WILL RETURN FROM PREVIOUS SEASON. NEW PLAYERS WILL BE PLACED AS ROSTER SIZE ALLOWS.

You will be contacted by your coach after the coaches' meeting with practice and game schedules. 

TBall/SoftBall/BaseBall Youth League

*Dates may be subject to change due to field availability and weather.

Required: all participants must wear batting helmets when batting and running on base.  Glove and ball also required.  Bats are optional.

Divisions are by grades.

Locations of games are at Moody Family YMCA, HPISD schools, local parks and other nearby YMCA branches.

Practices are located at Moody Family YMCA, HPISD schools and local parks.

Friend, coach and practice request are not accepted at the time of registration and are not guaranteed.  YMCA reserves the right to add to any player(s) to a roster if necessary.

Coaches: Are volunteers that must register for a Criminal Background Check with Athlete Protection training. If you are interested in coaching please indicate so on your registration form and click on the link of Volunteer Coach on the left sidebar.
