Berry Baked Oatmeal

Jessica Haims, lifestyle coach for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, creates an easy and delicious berry baked oatmeal! Jessica says this is one of her favorite breakfasts to make ahead of time and will last around 3-4 days.


What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Greek yogurt for topping
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking dish

How to:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Pour oats, milk, apple sauce, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and frozen berries into mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
  • Pour mixed ingredients into your dish and place into oven. Cook for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
  • Once cooled, top with a bite of Greek yogurt if desired and enjoy!
