Yoga - Beginner9:30am 50 min

Pilates and Yoga

Beginner Yoga includes basic positions in various styles of yoga practice.  You will achieve the strength, stamina, and flexibility benefits of yoga, but with slower movements.  You will also learn and use breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific body postures, for health and relaxation.
