The Y offers a variety of exercise and social opportunities for our senior members. Our classes at the White Rock YMCA include:  Low Impact Aerobics, Chair Yoga and more. We offer volunteer opportunities, pot-luck luncheons, day trips and other fun social events. If you're looking to stay healthy long past retirement, come join the White Rock YMCA Active Older Adults program.
