ATHLETES IN TRAINING

Athletes In Training: agility, speed, strength and conditioning training, with plans tailored to your student athlete’s sport of choice.

Ages: 10-18 years old

Athletes will be grouped by ages 10-13 and 14-18.

Monthly Fee:
$125 YMCA Members
$175 Non-Members
Drop-in rate:  $15 per session.  Drop-in rate does not include the initial program consultation or goals assessment. 

Offered:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
5:30 - 6:30 pm

The Program:

  • 25-minute virtual or in-person consultation with a certified Personal Trainer to help create a program specifically designed to focus on your young athlete’s sport(s) and goals. An additional assessment may be performed based on athlete’s goals. 
  • 3 1-hour sessions per week with a certified Personal Trainer in a group training setting
  • 1 month of training sessions
